The work

You’re here to lead, innovate, and create a generational difference.

Who this is for

For people navigating complexity.

For those whose work requires constant judgment amid competing information, relationships, responsibilities, and opportunity.

Leaders, coaches, educators, founders, executives, and individuals whose effectiveness depends on how well they direct attention, energy, and time.

Cognitive flexibility

Recognize when your natural patterns serve you—and when the situation requires something different.

Competing information

Work more deliberately when multiple priorities, signals, and opportunities are demanding your attention.

Decision awareness

Understand the cognitive forces shaping what you notice, what you miss, and what ultimately earns your time.

Cognitive differences

See more clearly how other people process the world—and adjust without abandoning how you naturally work.

The difference isn't ability.

It's understanding where your attention and energy naturally go— and learning how to work with them.

The core philosophy

People working at this level eventually encounter the same constraint:

The 24-hour wall.

If valuable work consistently drifts to tomorrow, next week, next quarter—then something essential deserves closer attention.

The central question

What are you doing that only you can do?

Everything in this advisory practice is built to help you answer—and act on—that question.

About the practice

Francis Sopper.

More than four decades studying the mechanics of attention, cognition, and human behavior.

Francis is a researcher, educator, organizational leader, and coach who has helped thousands of people better understand how their minds naturally work.

Drawing from years of applied cognitive science, Francis developed the Kairos framework: seven distinct cognitive frequencies that reveal how we direct energy, make decisions, collaborate, and lead.

Why it matters

When you understand how you think—and how others think—you can begin removing invisible friction from communication, leadership, relationships, and meaningful change.

In their words

The work is difficult to describe from the outside.

Kairos added a whole new layer to my personal and professional development. When Frank called to discuss my cognitive profile, it was shocking—but deeply validating. It gave me precise language for patterns I'd felt internally for years but hadn't been able to articulate.
