Do I need to take the assessment to use the platform?
It isn't required, but we recommend it. Taking Kairos yourself helps you understand the experience from your client's perspective and gives you greater familiarity with the results.
Do I need certification?
No certification is required to use the platform. Guidance is built into the experience, and additional training and support can help practitioners who want to go deeper.
What happens when I remove a client?
The client will no longer appear in your dashboard and you will lose visibility into their profile and results. Removing a client does not delete their data from the Kairos system.
How do I compare results with my client?
